Intermediate English Grammar is the second part of a three-part English Grammar Course which
facilitates the students in developing a sound knowledge of essential English Grammar and ability to
apply this knowledge in comprehension and production. The course mainly focuses on dependent
clauses, i.e. noun clauses, adjective clauses, and adverb clauses, gerunds and infinitives, and conditional
sentences as they are used in real-life contexts. In addition to developing their grammatical
competence, students are also expected to nurture good behaviour and skills in working and learning
