Matakuliah ini dirancang untuk (1) mengkaji paradigma konseling kognitif; dan konsep - konsep dasar, prosedur, teknik-teknik, kelemahan dan kelebihan, dan hasil-hasil penelitian konseling rasional emotif behavior dan konseling kognitif model Beck ; dan (2) merancang pelayanan konseling rasional emotif behavior untuk membantu individu mencapai perubahan bermakna dalam seting individual dan kelompok; dan merancang pelayanan konseling kognitif model Beck untuk membantu individu mencapai perubahan bermakna dalam seting individual dan kelompok.
Capaian Pembelajaran
  • Menguasai prinsip-prinsip dan prosedur-prosedur konseling kognitif Aaron T. Beck. Penguasaan secara kognitif tersebut mengarah pada penguasaan keterampilan dalam membantu konseli untuk mencapai perubahan yang lebih efektif dan efisien dalam kehidupannya.
  • Menguasai prinsip-prinsip dan prosedur-prosedur konseling kognitif Rational Emotive Behavior. Penguasaan secara kognitif tersebut mengarah pada penguasaan keterampilan dalam membantu konseli untuk mencapai perubahan yang lebih efektif dan efisien dalam kehidupannya.
