Mencari ide atau bahan dari permasalahan Pendidikan Matematika. Merencanakan Penyelesaian Permasalahan Pendidikan Matematika secara logis dan sistematis berdasarkan kajian artikel hasil penelitian 10 tahun terakhir atau 5 tahun terakhir yang terbit di jurnal internasional bereputasi. Merancang protokol reviu sistematik (metode atau tahap-tahap penelitian), menyusun pertanyaan penelitian, melakukan pencarian literatur, kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi (selecting studies), ekstraksi data, penilaian kualitas, dan penyajian hasil. Menulis hasil telaah dalam bentuk artikel ilmiah tipe reviu sistematik
