Matakuliah ini memberi pengalaman teoritis meliputi: membentuk dan meningkatkan kompetensi keterampilan dasar mengajar, model dan strategi pembelajaran dalam Pendidikan jasmani serta memiliki keterampilan dalam menyelenggarakan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dari berbagai macam sub bahan kajian pendidikan jasmani
