This course aims at developing students‘ competences in critical studies towards the complex discourses of dramatic elements’ network by analyzing how some of literature’s most contemporary issues (ideology, gender, power, class conflict) emerge and turn the dramatic text into power-contestation and meaning establishment in society. The students need to master dramatic concepts and theories, be competent to offer alternative solutions upon demands, and be committed to achieving personal/organizational/social goals with creative and responsible attitudes.
Capaian Pembelajaran
  • Analyze and relate the concepts of drama as one of literary genre;
  • Identify the elements of drama, literary, technical and performance as part of the analysis drama scripture
  • Understand the literary concepts, and the history of English drama as one of English literary genre
  • Analyze and adapt the elements of drama as a language practice
  • Collaboratively adapt a scripture of drama into stagial performance
  • Analyze and relate the concepts of drama as one of literary genre;
