-Matakuliah ini memuat unsur: mengkaji teori, mengkaji data lapangan, menyeminarkan dan melakukan workshop tentang proses manajemen pembaruan kurikulum dan revisi proses manajemen pembaruan kurikulum melalui mekanisme kepemimpinan tim, kepemimpinan pembelajaran, supervisi kurikulum dengan menyesuaikan program pengalaman belajar, tuntutan perubahan dan kebutuhan peserta didik, serta kondisi lainnya di lapangan.
Capaian Pembelajaran
  • Mengkaji teori secara kritis, baik dari berbagai penelitian, artikel maupun buku tentang manajemen pembaharuan kurikulum di satuan pendidikan
  • Mengkaji data lapangan tentang manajemen pembaharuan kurikulum di satuan pendidikan, analisi permasalahan yang ditemukan, dan terampil merumuskan pemecahan masalahnya
  • Mengembangkan komponen kurikulum satuan pendidikan berdasarkan analisis data lapangan.
  • Menyeminarkan dan melakukan workshop tentang proses manajemen pembaharuan kurikulum melalui mekanisme kepemimpinan tim, kepemimpinan pembelajaran, supervisi kurikulum dengan memperhatikan situasi dan kondisi lingkungan satuan pendidikan.
