Menyempurnakan proposal disertasi yang sudah disusun pada matakuliah Kajian Penelitian dan Analisis Data serta telah dipertajam dan diperkaya pada matakuliah Seminar Kajian dan Analisis Penelitian. Mahasiswa juga mempresentasikan dalam suatu forum seminar program studi yang diharapkan dihadiri oleh semua dosen pembim¬bing disertasi, dosen metode penelitian, dosen program studi, dan para mahasiswa jurusan/program studi serta mahasiswa program studi lain yang berminat. Proposal disertasi diuji kualifikasinya melalui tim penguji kualifikasi proposal disertasi yang dihadiri dan diuji pula oleh para pembimbing

- Menguasai teknik penulisan karya ilmiah untuk menyusun proposal penelitian di bidang manajemen, kepemimpinan, dan supervisi pendidikan dan menjalankan tugas berdasarkan agama , moral, dan etika.
- Berkontirbusi dalam peningkatan mutu kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, bernegara, dan kemajuan peradaban berdasarkan Pancasila
